Weekend Adventure!

Saturday, Adria had a soccer game. Her team won. So did the other team. She scored a goal. So did every other kid. That's the way 4 year old soccer works. You just play and play until everyone scores a goal and then everyone wins. Adria, in the car on the way home, informs Matt that it'sa nice that the other kids get to leave feeling good, but she would rather kick their butts.

That's our girl. Part Matt (the superweet part) and part me (the ass kicker). LOL. Afterwards we went to Gourmet, where you physically create your own pizza. Matt had mondo meat (peperoni, sausage, bacon, chicken, shimp) ; i had spinach and chicken and Adria had tomatoes and cheese, then added some tomatoes and cheese, then topped it with tomatoes and cheese. It was stacked so high, it was unreal. Had to have made a helluva mess in the oven, with cheese just running amok all over the over. LOL. She was a cheese-freak-mess.
Sunday, the girl and I drove out to Brentwood to go play at Pump it Up! It smelled less like urine than I had anticipated. Adria thought it was one of the funnest birthday parties ever. And I thought it was one of the funnest inflatable days I'd had too. Matt stayed at home to paint the greatroom and did an awesome job. Lotsa pics of the new house to come!

Adventures with Adria

Hi. I'm Lacey.
<-------------
I live with my boyfriend, Matt

And our daughter, Adria

in Nashville, Tennessee.

We are pregnant with our second daughter, who Matt reminded me this morning, will be here in 123 days.

I am an accountant, who is very lucky to have her BFF as her boss and starting next week will only be working on Fridays. This arrangement came about by my very real fear of only having 123 more days to devote completely to Adria.

So from now until the little one comes, it's Adventures with Adria all the time!!! Matt, who works in academia, has a fairly flexible schedule and therefore will be joining us on many of our adventures.

I hope you enjoy reading about them!
